The first show was built around the imagination of a young girl. She was "imagining" the happenings from different storybooks. Some were fun. Others were heart-touching. Through the course of the girl's decisions she opened a book which was not to be touched. As a result, an evil magician entered and she had to be rescued from his evil plans. The lesson of choices and consequences and the theme of redemption are demonstrated in the first Cirque Imaginings.
The first tour came together in 2002. A second tour of the Cirque
Imaginings show happened in the summer of 2007. An upcoming tour is currently being planned for the 10 member troupe.
